With the busy bride finishing up medical school, we only had two quick meetings together, but behind the scenes the unbelievably charming and devoted Mother of the Bride was scheming with us to create a surprise for the happy couple. The bride wanted understated, summery, and romantic and mom wanted something to impress, so a garden-inspired entry into the tent that framed the newlyweds was installed using local grapevine, seasonal blooming plants, cut flowers and vines and oversized lanterns. Ana & Austin were as thrilled with surprise as we were with the results. Gotta love those sneaky moms!
